Camp Cupcake: A Haven for Dogs Established by Annie Bartlett

In a heartwarming endeavor driven by a deep love for dogs and all things fur, Annie Bartlett proudly announced the grand opening of her very own Camp Cupcake, a premier doggy daycare and dog boarding business. Established on July 31, 2018, Camp Cupcake is dedicated to providing a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for dogs of all breeds and sizes.
Inspired by her own four beloved dogs (Sampson, Jewel, Maisy, and Mocha), Annie Bartlett envisioned a place where pet owners could confidently leave their fur babies, knowing they would receive the highest standard of care. Camp Cupcake offers a range of services designed to cater to the unique needs of each dog, ensuring they are well-exercised, mentally stimulated, and thoroughly pet and pampered!
Having four dogs of her own, Annie understands the importance of finding a trustworthy and loving place for them to stay for whenever doggy owners need to be elsewhere. Camp Cupcake is a labor of love, and she is not only excited to extend that love to other dogs in our community, but proud of all that she has built and her continuing growing business.
Camp Cupcake’s state-of-the-art facility features a large outdoor space designed to keep all dogs motivated to play. Whether it's fetch, jumping through newly built play ramps, or just zooming around, dogs can enjoy what they do best—having fun. Camp Cupcake’s indoor space is equally inviting, with plenty of room to eat, beds to sleep on, and time for endless cuddles from the staff. Whether it’s for a few hours of playtime or an extended stay, Camp Cupcake ensures that every dog receives personalized attention and care.
To celebrate starting Camp Cupcake’s 7th year Annie reminisces:
"It’s so hard to Believe that 7 Years ago (July 2018), I was driving home and God stopped me in my tracks with an idea….. Start a Dog Boarding Business!!!!
My husband, who has supported me in everything I do, told me to get my
business plan, insurance and research done. It was fabulous putting together my
way of doing things!! Freedom of movement and basically a leash free
environment for “Campers” to come when their families are away!

However, no business-like Camp Cupcake is run by one person alone. I have been
blessed with the best of the best working with me. My “CAMP GIRLS” take
wonderful care of our Campers. It is fun to see them smiling, laughing, and playing
with our Campers. Someone can walk into our office and see Campers on my girls’
laps getting and giving extra lovins.

Through my faith in God and the support of my husband, Troy, I am blessed to do
what I love. There is nothing like a shy Camper coming to us and leaving with the
confidence that this kind of socialization can give!! Our Campers that don’t mix
with the groups still receive the love and attention as do all our Furkids. This kind
of hands-on attention is a standard of care at Camp.

In this world, it is hard to please everyone, however, you won’t find anywhere
else that tries harder than all of us at CAMP CUPCAKE DOG KENNEL!!"
